My pss worker went beyond and treated me like family. Loved Suzie Q like she was my own daughter. She is the only person that I felt comfortable with and trusted.
I love this place I have the best worker in the world I couldn't ask for better I get everything I need done my work is great she's such a sweetheart I have no problems whatsoever and if I have a problem I just call and talk to her and we work it out couldn't ask for a better place and I would definitely refer to a few people that I know already have I already have
As a client my personal experience was terrible. The staff was not trained and I was expected to train them. A PSS licensed by the state is supposed to pass a test... it was very clear that the none of the staff knew their job.
Merely great people. Owner is passionate about the quality of service for the clients and their families. They treat their employees fantastic and you can see it on their faces daily. Great to see a Maine business growing in all the RIGHT ways... by doing RIGHT by their clients AND employees!
