I had warranty work done on my Trax at Al Serra South. The service advisor, Ben, and the service tech, #297465 (Michael, I think), were outstanding. They had my car done in 30 minutes, answered all of questions and were both so polite and professional. I will definitely be back and request both of them to do any work I need done.
I know this will not make any difference at all. I have only bought 1 new Chevy but have bought 6 new vehicles in the last 17 years. Have around 1/2 million miles on them. I have spent more money on repairs to the Chevy than I have on all the other new vehicles combined. I understand things happen and I can get a car that things go wrong on. I took my truck in for its first oil change and was pleased with service I received. Ben Johnson was very helpful and informative. I ended up putting different tires on also. He was very helpful in helping me pick out which tires would be good for winter. I will definitely return for all services!
It's always a pleasure haggling with the Al Serra dealership. Since this is the 4th new car I have bought from this dealership I seem to get preferential treatment and a great deal although they definitely make me earn it.
Very satisfied with the my experience. Showed them the vehicle I wanted and the price range I was willing to pay and they made it easy for me!

very fast, professional service . Had a recall on my 2012 Camero and was taken care of in less than the time i was quoted
Didnt care about what i had to say my sonic was doing told me it was normal for a rough idile and for it to lundge while stopped at stop signs or stop lighs. They took for every to fix the check engine light issue of a cam shaft cover and then when called 3 days latter and told my car was done they didnt even tell me what work was done to it and when i picke it up no service writer explained anything to me i was just directed to the cashier where i could get my keys and paperwork absolutely worthless would not recommend anyo... read more
