Alex listened to what I wanted and did a thorough and professional consultation with me—extra helpful since I’m new to lash extensions (except for a terrible experience at a franchised lash place). She was meticulous in her work and I’m so pleased the results!
As a first timer getting henna brows at Al’s Werk Shop, my experience was amazing! Alex put me at ease immediately and answered all my questions and any concerns I had. She is attentive to detail, courteous, and very professional. She was super accommodating as I decided at the last minute to add a facial wax. Her shop is very inviting and you will feel like a friend, not a client, as Alex and Luna. ( her sweet Aussie ) welcome you there! I’ve already booked for future appointments!
I got my eyebrows down from Alex and they looked amazing I got so many compliments from people asking where I got them done. Im definitely going back to BAS studios for the staff and cleanliness and the awesome experience I give it a 12/10
Alex is the coolest most chill person that I know, makes the time go by!
