Just had them cater for 50 people. Everyone loved the food and asked where it came from. There was enough food for everyone, and so much more. Great place will order from them again!
We order pizza a lot and its always good. We also like the family meal deals. It's a lot of food. Reasonable price for the deals. Pasta and beef sandwiches are also good. We rarely get delivery as we live close, never had an issue with customer service.
My family fell in love with Al's when we found our they are the only pizza shop near us that has taco pizza! Over the last year we've ordered tons of different things and have always been happy with our order. My toddler loves everything on the kids meal too!
We have ordered from Al's many times in the past but I don't know if we will be ordering again. I called to place an order and when I asked to have the giardiniera on the side for the cheesy beef pizza I was told this wasn't possible because they were "pretty busy right now". According to the young man that answered the phone this direction came from the manager. I thought pizza was made to order. What's the difference if I order a pizza with sliced beef and ask for a side of giardiniera? Can that not be accommodated either?... read more
Myself and a few other co workers ordered from here and all of us had food poisoning. When we called they were not sympathetic or demonstrated any concern. Being in customer service myself I must say this is the worse customer experience ever. We will not be ordering from here again and will definitely let others know.
If there was a rating less than 1, you would have it. I, along with 5 other co-workers became violently ill after eating here. One even went to see a doctor and was placed on medication for her illness. When the restaurant was contacted, the manager was rude. Our company gives a lot of business to this establishment, NEVER AGAIN! Please consider doing the same. You have been warned...������☹☹☹
I want to share an experience that a group of 6 employees had with Al's Pizzeria located in Woodridge, IL. We ordered chicken from them and how coincidental is that we all got sick! We were all off a day or 2 totally under the bed! When we contacted them they were too busy to talk and somewhat blew us off!No empathy whatsoever!! Needless to say I contacted the Dupage County Board of Health who is currently investigating the situation! Would like to say that we were pleased with customer service by the manager and delivery guy tonight. We ordered about an hour before close, and we were missing some food when delivered but the manager corrected it for us and the delivery guy came back out even though it meant being there after closing. Greatly appreciated! And great food!
