I wanted a vegetarian pizza no mushrooms. They told me no. Not al all. I will never reccomend a pizza place where I can't get what I want on a pizza
Ordered my food online. Received a email confirmation at 630 pm that my food was being prepared. At 745pm I recurved a call that my food order was JUST received and that it would be at least another hour. My husband talked to the “manager” Michael and he was rude and cut my husband off. Would NEVER order from there again.. Let’s see how long it takes for them to refund my money. Horrible customer service. Don’t accept online orders if you can’t handle it.
Don’t even bother ordering online, they will over charger you and won’t return your money! Not to mention they promised to call you back re: the issues and they haven’t!!!!!! I placed an order online 10/26/18 and it’s already 10/31/18 & I haven’t received a phone call from none of the managers !!! ( they told me Anthony will call me and he hasn’t & then they told me Mark will call me and NOTHING ) so unprofessional!!

We eat here every time we drive out to the area (it's a 45-55 minute drive). Sometimes we drive out just for Al's. We bring our whole family (8 adults, 4 children) and the football pizza meal deal is enough to feed us all! Only $40 to feed 12 with drinks included?! What a deal. It's delicious and the service is always great! We love Al's!
