75 dollars to keep my totaled vehicle in storage (P.S. I had requested for my vehicle to be brought to Mcfarland Ford at the scene- "for insurance purposes" it was recommended to bring it to Al's). Didn't argue about it at the time. Then I later find out they charge SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS a day to store MY vehicle there. The appraisal took longer than usual because Al's LEFT MY WINDOWS DOWN and when the BLIZZARD hit the snow filled up in my car. This place fucking sucks. Got my car towed at 7 pm last night and went in today at noon and they had already charged me for 2 days of holding ($130). If you like your money and respect go somewhere else and deal with more professional people than these dumb asses
I had to have my classic car towed to a mechanic and my insurance company send Al's towing. They arrived at the slated time, were professional, and went above and beyond to treat my car well. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of a tow, but especially, if you have a classic car.
Amazing company, always a fast response, always polite and respectful.

My father was in an accident and this so called company is basically a scam. They treated him with such disrespect, and actually laughed in his face when he tried to tell them his medication was in that vehicle, my father could end up back in the hospital because they refused to let him have it, if anything is to happen to him, we have already retained a lawyer and still plan on suing, we have contacted the chamber of commerce and the better business Bureau.
