One of there drivers Trevor is his name didn’t clean off a construction vehicle he was towing and a rock fell of hit the road bounced up and hit my truck breaking the windshield. I caught up with and pulled said truck over that Trevor was driving and explained what had just hAppend, he gave me his bosses number told me to call and ask for DJ so I did and DJ assured me they would fix it no prob just get an estimate and he would take care of it. Total scam artists. My wife brought our car in to get inspected and to have the blinker fixed (it was stuck). They drew up an estimate of almost $3,000 including the installation of front control arms, rack and pinion assembly, and front wheel computer alignment, not to mention the multi-function switch (which actually did need fixing). Needless to say, I told her to leave since that felt like fraud. We went to Honda Barn today (we have a Honda) and the fix was $185 for the multi-function switch AND the state inspection. Your driver scratched under my entire front bumper driving my car on and off the truck. when i told him i was going to take a video of my car coming off he pulled the car off before i could get my phone while he was staring me right in the face as my bumper grinds down the bed. he then sped off so fast in als truck that he drove through the woods on my property. all after i paid a total of 514$ for one day storage and a tow 2 towns away.
Our 1994 Fleetwood Flair RV decided to blow it's gas engine on I-95. Good Sam contacted Al's to tow it to their garage for repairs. Not only did they install a new engine, but also replaced other items at our request, since everything had to come out of the engine compartment anyhow. Service manager Chris could not have been more accommodating. Some parts had to be special ordered, then leaking hoses and a faulty starter caused problems. I worked there for three months and could not take the lack of experience with management from the general manager who has no autobody or painting experience to his manager below him who has none either to the owner who also doesnt know anything about autobody or painting and they claim to have a collision shop and dont have a frame machine or any collision tools.
