Purchased a vehicle here in late August of this year. When I first arrived on a Saturday morning, there was no one to great me at the front desk. I stood and waited for at least 15 minutes before I had my nephew go ask someone for help. I eventually got help from Danny Ramirez. Danny was nice but was very preoccupied and disorganized. Negligent service Almonte Nissan replaced my axle but failed to properly align the wheels, and no one mentioned any tire issues. After just 7,000 miles, both front tires were worn down to the steel — a tire shop confirmed this was caused by their improper alignment service. I returned with proof, and while they acknowledged the issue made sense, they refused responsibility or reimbursement.
