I chose this jewelry repair business after a long detailed conversation with the actual jeweler here. Very kind man, very talented in what he does. There was a big problem with the repair, no fault of the repairman, a accident. I returned the ring and the owner gave me a 50% refund of my money and repaired it correctly while I waited. I had to apologize to both the repairman and the owner for speaking to them in a rude manner and being so emotional. I am a totally satisfied customer and will return for future needs. I brought a timex watch in for a new lithium battery and it cost $10 total for the battery and installation. I also brought in an older watch that got 10 minutes slower everyday and Al was very knowledgeable as to the many different reasons why the watch might not be working. Al seemed very honest and told me that repairing the watch may actually cost more than buying a new one. I would definitely go back to this store for watch or jewelry repairs.
