Amazing! I went to them to get rings resized, and a bracelet repaired. Great communication and high quality work! They do the re-sizing in-house with a quick turn-around and very affordable price point. Also, they did a deep cleaning of the rings and they look brand new. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely awful service. I brought in my engagement ring for a simple repair, and instead of treating me with respect, I was yelled at and told that my lab-grown diamond was a “fake diamond.” Whether someone chooses a natural or lab-grown diamond is a personal decision, and there is absolutely no excuse for speaking to a customer that way. My wife took her diamond ring in to get the setting/prongs tightened. They asked if the diamond was natural or lab grown. When my wife replied lab grown, the owner scoffed and exclaimed that a lab grown diamond is not a real diamond… The dismissive attitude was completely unprofessional. I took my wedding ring in to be resized. The design of the ring left questions about what would need to be done to make it fit. AV was very upfront about it and communicated well after looking at my ring closely. He had it resized and back to me within two days. No one, including my husband, could ever see where the ring was made bigger. It’s perfect!
