I took my wedding ring in to be resized. The design of the ring left questions about what would need to be done to make it fit. AV was very upfront about it and communicated well after looking at my ring closely. He had it resized and back to me within two days. No one, including my husband, could ever see where the ring was made bigger. It’s perfect!
Had some rings sized here. It's nice when a place does work in house because it has a nice turn around time. Only a couple days and the work looks great.
Not friendly, let me use their sizing wand to open up a couple silver split band rings I brought in. Unable/unwilling to engrave the rings. Could have tried selling me something but did not give me the time of day really. Also, a neighbor business’s dog was in the street and a passerby brought it around. The owners did not seem interested in helping the dog stay out of traffic. Says a lot about the business.
