Throughout my time in therapy, I’ve spoken with many psychotherapists and I’ve enjoyed the support. What sets Al apart from them is his ability to create a safe environment and build trust. It’s difficult opening up but Al has several different forms of therapy that he offers so you’ll definitely find one that works for you. I would highly recommend booking a consultation with Al if you’re exploring the market for a new facilitator.
Al creates a safe space for his clients. He is a great guide if you feel lost in your healing journey. He teaches you how to sit and feel your emotions in your body so they are able to pass through you. Trauma gets stored in the body and sometimes talk therapy isn’t enough, the body /somatic work is helpful. He also encourages you to connect to your inner guide and do it on your own so you can someday be self reliant. Definitely a valuable resource. Thanks Al!
I cannot recommend Al enough. It was my first time trying a new modality like somatic and it was difficult at first. However, Al brought a level of professionalism, warmth, kindness, inquisitiveness, and understanding that offered a safe space for me to open up and explore my emotions without judgment and allow me feel like I'm moving forward in my self exploration journey. Al truly cares about his patients and it is reflective in the work that both undertake. 10/10 would work with again.
I have been to Al's SoundBath and meditation session, listened to his podcasts, and taken a class. He is amazing! His approach makes sense and helped me recognize that anxiety and emotion are there to help us, not harm us. I strongly encourage any session or class with him...and you will intuitively make transformation
