Authentic Middle Eastern Food Al Rouche is a small Middle Eastern restaurant. There's not a lot of atmosphere, just your basic tables with photos of Middle Eastern landmarks on the walls. But the food can be considered very authentic. All of my Middle Eastern friends have told me to eat there. I found the hummus excellent, very smooth and tasty.
