12/10 experience working with Ali of Al Joher. From the start it was an excellent experience. Ali is an expert on all things coloured gems and took the time to first provide us with education about the gem (in our case emerald) and then show us multiple different stones to help narrow our preferences until we were able to find the perfect one.
