I want to note this company’s extremely predatory, unethical, and anti consumer practices. I went to their parts department to buy a valve cover gasket for my car. I spoke with Courtney in the parts department, and told him which parts I needed. I asked if he could give a printed quote, to which he said “no, I’m going to tell you the price. They wanted to overcharge me for brakes when I already have the lifetime warranty with them. After arguing for 15mn to check their database again cause I'm not foibles to pat extra ... She found the proof I need still trying to make me pay for other services i didn't want
Called to ask for car parts price. Asked for part number and was told company policy was to not give out part number. Splash guard front price was told $240, ridiculous. Other Toyota website price of $136 (sale price). Amazon OEM $127 or non-OEM $50
