Simple problem: fan stopped spinning. The technician who came out actually made my system worse—it was working before the diagnostic testing, and now it isn’t. Then gave an estimate of total cost: $1-3k. Also, as a precaution, if you’re a woman, you may want to have your husband or partner present during service visits, just to ensure everything is handled appropriately.
Alex is awesome, he takes his time explaining everything that he does and double checks to make sure you know the price for everything. The scheduling was easy and Josh in the office was very responsive. We paid for the original diagnostic and Alex was at our house for several hours troubleshooting and figuring out what was wrong with our HVAC system, then sat down with us to explain what was time sensitive, and what could wait.
