Wish I could give zero. I paid for window tinting a few years back and it was supoosed to be 3M Color Stable. I was also given a lifetime warranty, but come to find out it was all a scam when I went to claim my warranty as one of my windows had bubbling tint. Called to use my lifetime warranty and showed my proof of purchase and form filled out from when I got it installed initially. I have yet to hear back after weeks. All that money down the drain. Thousand Oaks location Aprox date of incident: 5/15/2023 I visited this location on Thousand Oaks Blvd. to purchase a subwoofer enclosure. I am a retired union worker and a home owner here in T.O. The manager looked at me and flat out lied to me saying "It is illegal to sell used equipment" (it is illegal to represent used equipment as new but there is no law restricting selling used audio equipment in California) This was his answer when I pointed out a used enclosure I thought might fit my application.
