Boyan, the technician, from Al-Don was fantastic! He was on time, explained everything, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after he finished. I would highly recommend Al-Don .
We have been customers of AL-DON for 15 years and have always received excellent service. We have also had excellent technicians that have explained why and what sevices were needed and what was completed at that particular time. Boyan is the latest technician to do so after completing the semi-annual maintenance on our heating and cooling system.
Hector was incredibly friendly and very easy to work with.
Jerry and Boyan came to fix a smaller unit in the four seasons room. Very professional and explained everything they were doing and what might be the issue. Simple fix and they did what they could to check the unit for any further issues. Great experience with them, highly recommend!
