I can't say enough how happy I am with this company. Every single person I've interacted with have been helpful, nice and friendly. I bought the maintenance package so I'm covered for one year and 2 cleaning and check ups are included. Bryan was my technician, what a great man, very helpful, explained everything to me and showed me how to check the system/ change the filter etc. I'll never use another company for my HVAC stuff!!!

Jeff and his team did the impossible - made our upstairs comfortable in the summer! We have a mid-century split level that was built to warm, not cool down and with the hot summers, it was becoming unbearably warm. Jeff came out with his experts and developed a zone system that was both affordable and effective. And everyone was so professional and nice!! I cannot thank his team enough!! Highly recommend.

Al-Don has done a ton of work for us and Jeff and his team always deliver. Ed, Boyan, and the rest of the crew all work diligently and professionally to make sure the job gets done right. We’ve used them extensively for servicing our radiators, and are very happy with our new boiler and indirect water heater.

I have been using Al-Don since we moved back to St. Louis 5 years ago. I have had nothing but good experiences. Quick to respond in an emergency. They make recommendations but aren’t pushy about it. When we had to replace our furnace, they explained why the one we had was incorrect for our house and ensured that we were right sizing. Highly recommend them.
