A service technician visited our home to service our humidifier. He identified an issue with a part under warranty and fixed it, which I appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the general interaction. Multiple times the technician asked to speak with my husband while I made it clear to him that I was the one he would be working with. Boy a N did a great job servicing my HVAC unit. He listened to and answered all of my questions. He taught me about the dampers I did not even realize we're on the system.
