Lovely location - small and intimate. Excellent menu selection and wonderful whiskey and wine list. Celebrated my 50th with a wonderful roasted duck and a beautiful glass of red blend recommended by our server. Excellent find! Only thing that I could find fault with was the wait for a drink before our dinner - but the bartender made drinks with care and perfection, so it was worth the wait!

Chris and I had the pleasure of meeting Alex and her husband at the Badger Brew & Que. We sampled their Smoked Almond Bacon brittle, and it was out of this world. Alex told us about their restaurant. Everything was delicious! From the blackened scallops to wild mushroom risotto to the grass feed steak. We can't wait to come back!

Hands down one of the best meals I have ever had! We had appetizers, an entree, and dessert. Everything was exceptional.

The business is driven by word-of-mouth advertising and now I know why. After our dinner tonight, I'll be telling all of my foodie friends in Milwaukee that they may have never even heard of Collins, Wisconsin before, but this place is going to put it on the map. Middle of nowhere, don't care. Food, cocktails, service, ambiance - all well worth the drive. I recommend the Southern Comfort Old Fashioned (with cherries imported from Italy), Baked French Onion Soup (best I've ever had), and the 10 oz. Filet (melts in your mouth.... read more
