One word... Amazing!!! Would make the drive anytime. My husband has always preferred the chef's choice for his main meal and never been disappointed!!

Quaint atmosphere!! Great menu. Food was amazing.....we will definitely be going back. Worth the drive from Green Bay!!!

Food is fantastic! My husband and I have not had a better dinner. WELL worth the drive to get there, and be sure to save room for dessert!

Each time we've been to Al Corso the food and service has been excellent. They have a warm friendly atmosphere. For us it's worth the short trip to have that pleasant experience provided.

I was a bit sceptical driving from Green Bay to the small town of Collins for dinner. I am so glad we made the trip. Very nicely and festively decorated dining room, the hostess was very informative and friendly. Our watress was terrific. OH YEAH...the food... one word. PHENOMINAL! I am what I call myself as a Ribeye Snob. Al Corso had served me "The Best" bone-in ribeye I have ever eaten. I was planning my next visit before I had even left.
