Joan is the worst insurance agent I've ever dealt with! She doesn't care about you. Just keep paying the high premiums and never quotes other comparisons even after asked many times, even after clearly stating nothing has changed! I've been more than patient, if I get a response it's usually snarky. I have the emails to prove this poor customer service! Perhaps citizens should hear how awful this has been too...

Been with Al Bourdeau for 25 years. Good staff, good savings. Not issue free, but do take care of issues pretty quick. Worked with the Clarkston office for 8 years and have recommended them a few times.
