Called on September 10th looking for some help with a gas smell on the exhaust of a tankless water heater with their sticker on it. September 24th and still haven't returned my call.
Called on Friday to inquire about replacing an outside faucet. Got a fair quote on the phone, scheduled service for the following Monday, and they got the job done on time, efficiently and in a friendly way today. I would definitely recommend them, great plumber and great customer service rep!
I had a broken water line under the concrete floor in the basement. Dennis and his guy came and in no time had a new line ran over head and did such an amazing job removing the drywall for easy repair. They did a great job with everything and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Benzschawel Plumbing is amazing. I had a water heater fail and contacted Benzschawel and within an hour or so they were on site replacing it. Technicians were super friendly and did a great job. Great customer service. Thank you!
