I had a great experience. I really didn't know what to do when a wind storm hit and tore shingles off my house. Ethan was very professional, kind, and even took time to give my dachshund the attention she demanded. I called on a Friday, and he came out Monday. They had to go to OKC to pick up shingles that matched mine. The next day, he came and repaired my roof and did an excellent job. You can't even tell where it was patched. I highly recommend AKW.
