Need more techs like Jennifer for a person like me that don't do well in a confined space.
I was there for my first MRI and most of the staff was friendly. The technician who performed the procedure was outstanding (I apologize for not writing down your name). The exit procedure was a little disorganized. I asked someone at a desk up front what I needed to do and they said nothing (this was my first visit). Post procedure, they sent nothing to my primary care doctor nor my back surgeon as far as a report or a disk of results who wrote the order and requirements.
