Scheduling an appointment is easy. Location is very convenient for me. Front desk staff as well as the one-on-one with the person handling the doctor's order are all very professional, very courteous and helpful. I have never had a bad experience there and I have confidence in the staff doing the testing.

Call center does not know what they're doing. They tell me authentication is needed so I call my Dr ofc. When I call Akumin to confirm Authorization is recd, call center says Authorization is Not needed. Call center says there's a co-pay When I arrive for appt im told there's is no co-pay or call center says no co-pay then the ofc says there is a co-pay.
