While Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and has a great manner, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. Which then was a total of 3 minutes for follow up conversation. The wait time is unacceptable and truly an appointment like that should have been virtual.
Dr. Patel has made me feel comfortable with my diagnosis and answered all of my questions. He is straight forward, and very patient when it felt likenI asked the same question over and over.
Dr Akul Patel on my first visit 5 weeks ago made me feel at ease, he assured me that my C 1 Fracture will heal with time on its own and i did not need surgery as was previously told in rhe ER. Todays visit provesd that advice to be true. Thank you Dr Patel for your Care and your excellent service, it was a pleasure getting to know you.
I was in the office for the first time. Everyone was very nice & easy to talk too. Dr Patel explained different things that could be done . I was able to schedule MRI right from his office & was able to get appointment quickly.
