Got here at 10:15 for a 10:30 appt and haven't been seen yet. Asked the receptionist how long it would be and her reply was to ask me if I had somewhere else to go. Very unprofessional. Will not be back.
We got there for our appt. at 1:30pm and left at 5:30pm. My husband had to request for things to be cleaned before using because of a lot of sick people in the office.
Dr Akstein is the best Opthomologist! He treats each of his patients with care and concern. I am thankful we have been his patients for almost 30 years!
