They have very poor customer service and do not appreciate the money that the customer is spending with them they treat you like you are a piece of cattle
RecommendedI HAD BOTH EYES DONE FOR CATARACTS. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH THE RESULTS. SINCE THE FIRST EYE WAS DONE THERE WAS NO INFLAMATION, REDNESS, INFECTION OR SWELLING WHICH TELLS ME THE PROCEDURE WAS DONE CORRECTLY. I COULD SEE CLEARLY FROM THE MOMENT THE EYE PATCHES WERE REMOVED. LAS EYE WAS DONE ON NOV. 20th AND I HAVE NO PROBLEMS, I CAN SEE CLEARLY AND COLORS SPECIALLY WHITES ARE VERY VERY NOTICEABLE. Poor communication and assistance when attempting to resolve issues of billing which were their lack of diligence in understanding the reason for my visit. I have called and was told a manager would return my phone call, NO one has called after several attempts. I will be filing a complaint with the insurance company regarding unethical billing practices. Victor is so unprofessional. Went for an interview at 12:00pm on Monday. Drove from Birmingham AL. HE NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!! He still has NOT CALLED!! How unprofessional!! I wouldnt trust him or staff to take care of my eyes!!
