I’m only giving this review three stars because of the timing. The gentleman cuts very well and I’m happy with the quality of the haircut and beard trim. However, people have things to do, and I came all the way from Pickering to get a haircut and do grocery shopping next door, so waiting almost 2 hours for a 10:00 AM appointment is crazy. It seems they only prioritize known or regular customers. If you can’t manage appointments properly, don’t take them. For $45 for a haircut and beard, I expect better time management. I've been going to this barbershop for the past 14 years. Only reason why I don't like this barbershop is because the bald barber will take more than 1 hour just to cut my hair. I was so mad because he took more than 1 hour and he didn't even give me the haircut I like. I always get the same haircut which makes me mad. Inside the barbershop, there's no texture clay or texture powder. They always tease because I don't know Tamil. This is the worst barbershop and I'm never coming back to this barbershop at all.
