4 months have gone by with no word on preauthorization for removing a growth in my son's mouth. Didn't bill my insurance correctly and then kept sending me a bill anyway. The growth could be cancer, but might not, ??? Who knows because we cannot get it removed. Office staff are severely lacking.
My husband had mouth surgery back in January 2024. Nice staff and Dr Brokloff was great! I would highly recommend him for any type of oral surgery you are needing.

I had an Impacted wisdom tooth that needed extracting and I for sure wasn’t going back to Locust ! Not only was my appointment moved up to a sooner date (that goodness) but Dr. Brok was more than amazing ! His assistant Brenda made my experience there comfortable and memorable from start to finish. Both had great senses of humor and Dr. Brok even pointed out something my last oral surgeon should’ve done but didn’t ! At this point I wouldn’t go anywhere else but back to Akron Highland !
