Went to get an A1C check. Normally it's at the office but I did a phone visit. Anyway they want a vial of blood to do something that a pin drop would take care of. "We don't have that here." I don't feel like being light headed and having my arm hurt the rest of the day. A multi billion dollar hospital and you don't have that device there? Come on....
These people act like if patients bother them, their core of value (if they have any) should be updated to include HUMANITY.
