All kinds of tests are done (blood work, catscan and MRI) along with lots of doctor's offices upstairs and physical therapy/exercise equipment on the main floor. There's also a Subway restaurant, too!
Always a pleasant and attentive staff.
Horrible imaging dept. Never again would I go at Bath facility. I wanted a disk ran and was told I have to go downtown. Other facilities do it at their location. Also it's day 7 and the CT is still processing? Where are your radiologists on vacation?
Today I experienced rudeness on another level!!! WOW!! The receptionist name is BONNIE suite 215 bath location.family practice building. Older lady. She needs to learn great customer service very rude and not very polite nor patient. Working in a hospital you would think to have sympathy and compassion I didn’t ask to be sick!!!! I will be contacting corporate. BONNIE, DO BETTER OR FIND ANOTHER JOB!!
