Dr is great! But they never answer phones and do not open phone lines at 8 am! Like the are supposed to.
I have had 2 surgeries with Dr. Vargas, he is the most kind and courteous Dr. I have ever known. I trust him 100% . And his office staff is great, so nice and helpful always. Highly recommend this Dr. i would never go to anyone else!
Dr R Vargas MD is one of the kindness people we know. He and his Staff helped me through a very scary time. My Family and I really appreciate him.
