Incredibly grateful for the quick response time and ability to schedule me for that week. Highly skilled staff. Receptionist was super nice and the doctor made sure I was comfortable and took care of me. I was in and out of the office in less than 20 min total and that included check in. Highly recommend!
A great ENT Doctor and wonderful reception ladies.
The office up-coded my insurance by stating that my visit was over double the length of time and highly complex. This is fraud and will be reported to my insurance company. And, the provider put in my notes a ton of details about observations and that they discussed complications with a proposed procedure, but they did not discuss most of the observations with me nor mentioned most of the complications listed in the notes. The front office staff, medical assistants and doctors were wonderful! All were super nice and helpful. The visit was super efficient I never felt I was waiting too long. I had a new patient visit, a scope and ear tubes all done within an hour ! Would definitely recommend!
