I don't understand the negative reviews as my experience was perfect from the staff to seeing NP Fedak. She was kind, compassionate and explained everything in detail. Her knowledge is outstanding. My care resulted in positive results. I highly recommend this office!
The so called ‘Clarifix’ treatment should be called Clari-FARCE. After an extremely uncomfortable procedure and waiting for the obligatory 4 to 6 weeks for so-called improvements, absolutely did nothing except drain my wallet. The staff told me that insurance would cover it, it did not cost me over $5000 out-of-pocket. DO NOT Waste your time and money and effort on this.
Was given a referral to this location by a UH Urgent Care for a problem with my nose. Arrived 10 minutes early, walked up to the front desk and the receptionist seemed friendly enough as she greeted me. We chatted for a few moments while she checked me in and reviewed the information I entered into MyChart. I took a seat and was called back a few minutes before my appointment was even scheduled to start. Was finished with my evaluation/examination and out the door in less than 20 minutes.
