Terribly rude staff interaction - treated me like I was a burden to her because I was trying to schedule an appointment - avoid this place and it's toxic employee who answers the phone. Look at all the one ratings.

I am particular about choosing a doctor, I looked online and chose Dr. Shaheen after I read his background information which stated he attended Malone University at one point. As I also am a Christian, I felt I could trust his care. I had very painful stomach pain and could not eat without pain. Sometimes I was in pain whether I was eating or not. I lost 12 lbs in 3 weeks. They were able to get me an appointment fairly quickly. Dr. Shaheen also wanted to do an endoscopy to see what was going on and to be certain nothing more... read more

I have been a patient with Dr Shaheen for over 15 years. He is always very professional, helpful and caring about my health concerns. Dr Shaheen is very easy to talk to and is excellent about explaining my diagnosis and treatments. Julie Walk, CMA, is so kind in her follow up calls to me. She talked through all of my questions and is very patient, friendly and so kind!! I am very grateful for the excellent care I receive!!!!!
