Dr. Esber is a good doctor and his procedural staff are great too. However, his office staff are inconsiderate, uncaring, lazy and rude. I've been waiting 3 weeks to get them to fix my medication situation and nothing has happened. They were contacted 4 times by myself and multiple times by my pharmacist. What good does it do to know you've got gastric ulcers if nothing is done about it?
Dr Esber is wonderful. Meticulous at getting to the root of your GI problem. Caring, with a good bedside manner.
I am currently here with my mother, and while Dr. Esber is nice enough the procedure staff are not, they are extremely rude. The waiting room is uncomfortable and they have no WiFi access.
I loved this doctor! So helpful with my problems.
