The. Best. The extent to which Albert and the gang at Akron Coffee have honed their craft is evident in the cup. To each his own where preference is concerned, but there is no better cup of coffee available in NE Ohio (and few places beyond that). The simplicity of the cafe/roasting space is icing on the cake. Get here and have some coffee. You'll be glad you did.
Such an awesome place! I took their class on brewing basics this week and learned so much. I really appreciate that they want to help people understand more about coffee and proper techniques. You can tell Albert has such a passion for coffee and is so knowledgeable and Eva is wonderful as well! Thanks to them and their delicious beans I'm enjoying my morning coffee a little more today! �
