Been coming here for many years and have never had a negative experience. I was due for my two year ultrasound and the one who took care of me Kristen, oh my goodness she was so sweet! Just downright wonderful! I just love people who are like this! :)

My husband and I brought our son to an ultrasound appointment on June 4th, 2024 at 3pm. The ultrasounds technician that called us back was Kristin. She was very professional and kind from the moment we met her. We started the ultrasound and our son began to get upset. Another women named Marci walked in the room. I'm very disappointed about the lack of communication and explanation of the procedure provided by the staff. My 9 months baby and mom were taken to the exam room without the opportunity for us to ask any questions. As a concerned parent, I had several inquiries and uncertainties about the process and was expecting to sit with a radiologist, but unfortunately, there was no chance to address any of my concerns. Caring staff, really knows how to calm a patient and allows parents to be involved in the care. Was able to perform a head ultrasound on a 2 month old without any crying or negative reactions due to their great bedside manner.
