Quick and efficient care.
At check in they put my son's name in the system wrong. It showed properly in his wristband. Now that the bills are coming in it's showing I requested a name change. The staff that day were less than friendly and rushed through our visit. I could see ending rushed if they were busy but there were very few people there.
I am so glad I drove an extra 30 minutes to go here instead of the urgent cares near me. Dr. Gupta was incredible... the best pediatric doctor we've ever seen! Instead of invasively coming in the exam room and making my little one more upset, he playfully knocked and peeked around the corner several times before entering, and then kept his distance for a minute before approaching my little one. It's way faster and more convenient than going to the Akron Children's location downtown Akron. The Urgent Care gets you in and out quickly while still paying attention to every detail with your child's health. It is by far the fastest and best hospital I've ever taken my children to. They are very kind patient attentive and compassionate when it comes to your children. I always try to take my children to this urgent care. Great staff and care! Upset though it is not clearer it is no longer an urgent care, cost me $180 more :(
