Would give 0 stars if I could. We were referred here to an ultrasound. When we got there, the technician was surprised we were there based off the measurements. We did the ultrasound and everything was fine and the doctor came in and said everything looked good and cancelled the consultation. We got a bill for $2,000. $1,600 for the ultrasound and $352 for the consultation. I tried talking with billing but they wouldn’t work with us. Avoid this place at all costs, scamming people trying to start their family.

I'm a little disappointed that our scans are not reviewed with us at any point. We were told, "someone will reach out if there are concerns." It's great that the physicians do not have concerns but what about my questions/concerns? I should have an opportunity to ask questions. My MyChart messages went unanswered by my doctor for 2weeks. A nurse did call after I followed up a 2nd time and tried to answer as best she could. She was very nice and I appreciated that. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My wife wanted to be surprised on what the sex of our child is at birth. They sent a report to her MyChart, and it had on it what the sex of our child is. All they said was that it had to be on the report. If someone doesn't want to know, so they can be surprised. Why send the report to them, or why not black it out. I really do not appreciate how upset this has made her.

Kaitlyn the receptionist is amazing . Arrived an hour early and was very kind and helpful during everything.
