I'm a little disappointed that our scans are not reviewed with us at any point. We were told, "someone will reach out if there are concerns." It's great that the physicians do not have concerns but what about my questions/concerns? I should have an opportunity to ask questions. My MyChart messages went unanswered by my doctor for 2weeks. A nurse did call after I followed up a 2nd time and tried to answer as best she could. She was very nice and I appreciated that. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! My wife wanted to be surprised on what the sex of our child is at birth. They sent a report to her MyChart, and it had on it what the sex of our child is. All they said was that it had to be on the report. If someone doesn't want to know, so they can be surprised. Why send the report to them, or why not black it out. I really do not appreciate how upset this has made her.
Kaitlyn the receptionist is amazing . Arrived an hour early and was very kind and helpful during everything.
Dr. Saleh was great! He reassured us that our baby is healthy and growing as she should. We were under the impression her limbs were small from my original DR's office, but once sent here we got the information we were looking for. He also felt to add that as a first time mom, I am doing everything right and as mom's we are so quick to blame ourselves for anything wrong happening in pregnancy.
