I had a third to 4th degree burn on my middle right finger and had treatment switched 3 times... But it HEAL. BUT I would have given a 5 star rating, BUT the PAIN MANAGEMENT POLICY needs to be EVALUATED for those who are CHRONIC PAIN and on PAIN MEDICATIONS a neacuae . My Pain Management Physicians and NPs DOES NOT take CARE of ACUTE PAIN. And I was suffering the whole time UNTIL it was HEALED completely and without structures.
Be carful dealing with this hospital the most unprofessional experience ever with the burn and wound care unit ! They have poor communication and will be quick to call social workers on you over nothing, the amount of nonsense and everything from them is not with it don’t take your children their if you care about mental sanity they will drive you insane with the amount of drama they have
2 hours for a half hour appointment. The staff was nice and courteous, but whoever’s in charge of time management should be fired. I can’t imagine bleeding burn wounds should be unattended and left open for forty plus minutes.
