Their customer service is awful! I will not be returning because when I called to make an appointment for a cat I rescued the person on the phone taking the appointment was completely awful to me and was completely disrespectful. I was nothing but kind and deserved respect.
RecommendedDr. Corrie and her staff always do an excellent job with our pets. the staff is very professional and caring. the office and exam rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained. they are wonderful at explaining everything that's being done, and why, very thorough exams are always done and it's a very welcoming place for both owners and pets.
The prices are crazy, it’s a poorly run business. It’s disappointing to see. I went here because it was close to my home, then, when I did have an emergency and needed to get in they blew me off. I rather drive farther for fair pricing, the same services and a vet who actually cares about their animals when they need to get in, not just for overpriced booster shots.

They are amazing. We just had to put our dog down and they were so caring during the entire thing. Hugs from the employees helped soothe our pain a bit. We even caught the tech who took him from the room give him a kiss as she picked him up. They really care.
Dr John listened and was very helpful with Peppers first visit he and the whole staff were very friendly and attentive to her

Caring, informative, not one to push unnecessary treatments or meds or products. My then 8 year old lab had her cruciate ligament repaired her (aka doggie ACL) and she has no signs of arthritis in it at 10 years old. Nothing but amazing care!
