I do not recommend this clinic. They did not explain to me procedures before they were done, including heartworm testing. I was insulted and criticised by phone by an employee (I don't know her job title) for excessive complaining and based on that, was told to "go elsewhere". My pets' records were hurriedly put "in the mail" that same day. My request, and right, to pick up a copy of the records that same day rather than wait for them to arrive by mail was nastily refused.
