How could they improve? 1) Stop misrepresenting themselves in advertisements. I was a patient on Sun. Sept 8. There was no doctor on duty. Just 2 people, an N.P. and a clerk. Clerks call the N.P. "Doctor." 2) Stop lying when patients ask questions.
