Quoted me 55 for haircut and beard on the phone, when i arrived in person they changed up the price to 65 plus tax. I don’t mind paying the extra 10 dollars- but they needed to be upfront on the phone, rather than getting me to arrive onsite and changing up the price once they had me in the chair. Scammy business practices.

Unfortunate that I had an unpleasant experience here. I had called to book an important appointment for 7pm on Labour Day. More than once I confirmed with the associate on the phone that they will be open regular hours on that day. They assured me that they will be open and I can come in for that time. I received two notifications on my phone around 610 pm saying they are ready to see me even tho my appointment was for 7pm.
