After needing our septic tank pumped out after 2 years we called this company after seeing their good reviews. We called them on a Monday and they did not come out till Friday. Once they were done on Friday we assumed that they pumped everything out of the septic tank, but come to find out this weekend our septic tank backed up and flooded our master bathroom. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! My mom needed help and Akins responded quickly. They handled decades of neglect in just a few hours. They were professional and left the yard near and clean. I am so glad I made the best choice!

Knock me over with a feather. I have a water leak somewhere outside my home. Ricky came to check it out and after a quick diagnosis suggested I confirm it's not my sprinkler system before doing serious work replacing the waterline. No charge! When is the last time a plumber came to your house and dug around in your yard and said - no charge! If I do end up needing to have the waterline replaced, Akins get the work. Great customer service.

Clark was wonderful and my leak is fixed. I went ahead and replaced my water heater after seeing the work. Recommend!!

It took me 3 months researching before I decided to have Akins pump my septic tank. I am so glad I chose them. The price quoted was what I paid and my service guy was Nick. He was extremely friendly and informative. This was the first time I have went through this so he took the time to explain everything he was doing and had no problems answering my questions. You hear so many horror stories people go through from other companies so I am glad to know I chose the right company the first go round. Thanks!
