Great customer service. Never had a problem doing business with Akins Ford!!
My wife and I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from Akin a couple of years ago. We took it in a few months ago for a service issue that without going into detail wasn't able to be repaired properly and after working with them over several months the issue still remained. I want to praise Chris Akin and his team for doing the right thing and making the situation correct in the end. I also would like to thank Rick Peckham for the professionalism and attitude he showed us in helping us get into a new vehicle.
These guys are amazing including Tino my salesman! He also wished me happy birthday through video, I am a customer for life and when we are shopping for our truck Akins is the place we will be!
I went to this dealership today just because my son asked to go look at Ford trucks. Bo Sorrells provided us with extraordinary customer service! I told him that my son just wanted to look around and he drove us around in the golf cart to look at all of the big trucks! We had an awesome experience and I am extremely grateful!
Akins has taken very good care of me even helping me get out of a car I didn't like and was feeling so stuck with they are no pressure sales and want you to walk around unlike other dealerships I'm a customer for life
Excellent experience once again had what I needed got what I need!
