RecommendedLeaky showers in Feb and they came right out next day. The water heater blew yesterday, after 12 yrs and they came out first thing this morning. NOW THATS GREAT SERVICE. Thanks!
Replaced our water heater, technician was courteous and professional. Showed up the same day I called and did a great install.
My hot water tank went out on a Friday, they were prompt in taking my call and working me same day. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, professional and helpful. The tech was at my house within an hour or so. Thank you Andrew and all of your staff, customer service at its finest!

Would not recommend them to anyone. Poor poor service!
Did not fully explain what they were doing. Put handle back on the shower very poorly, so it came off with any pressure. Did not tell us this. When I called on the phone, told me they did not know what the problem was. I became irate at that point. When I asked for the owner, he told me that I was the problem because of my tone of voice.
