I've dealt with Everard Visitacion and Don Nguyen who rented me a unit that's not habitable. Don't buy, rent or allow them to manage a property unless you want to get sued. Super immoral, unethical and horrible people to deal with. I'm at the end of my lease and there is STILL a rat infestation. I'm so happy to be moving and will for sure be warning people NOT to move into ANY unit affiliated with them. I'm going to post pictures too of everything too.
