I just read the horribly mean and vicious posting made by Erica Juliano. I was not present for her interaction, of course.However, I will say Dr. Bala (as she suggests people refer to her as) is the opposite of what is described. She is a wam person. My annual Wellness check is very thorough. We go over everything. This medical team keeps me healthy and active.
Dr. Bala was able to thoroughly explain my results and recommendations.

Dr. Balasubramanian always personable, while also being very thorough during all office visits. Always employs equally personable and welcoming intake people to greet patients and obtain preliminary info before actual doctor visit.
I saw Dr. Bala for my annual physical in March and she could have cared less. I am a healthy person, but it doesn't mean that I don't have questions or concerns about my well being. I was asking her questions and she started walking out the door. Terrible bedside manner and honestly...just rude. Well ran clinic. In and out in less than a hour with the lab right onsite. Dr. Bala is a warm and caring physician who listens. Her staff are always helpful and friendly. Best clinic in the central Florida area.
Dr. Bala & her staff provide optimal, individualized, attentive, professional & expert care. She is so insightful, so patient-centered, astute & caring-an ideal role model for a physician. She and her staff are ultra-responsive to patient needs & concerns, are extremely proactive and efficient, and always do their utmost for the benefit of their patients.
