Great vibe- just a shame about the owners’s attitude….
Extremely over priced figures.. Can buy them directly from Japan for regular market price even with shipping and potential import charges still won't add up to what they price their products at! Employees were all on their phones and not paying attention to anyone or asking if they need help. Should really reconsider your prices 😕
The way we were treated here was unacceptable. No eye contact, no greeting, no basic respect. The guy working there made a rude remark when asked a question. I don’t care how rare your inventory is, no product is worth being treated like trash. The whole vibe felt hostile. After experiencing it firsthand, I see now why there are so many 1 star reviews saying the same exact thing. everything is marked up way beyond reasonable and the owner has the worst attitude. what’s wild is how many 1 star reviews have said the same thing, yet the owner still acts like he’s better than everyone (just look at his replies to them lmao) while selling overpriced products. i have no problem spending money, i’m just not stupid enough to pay scalper prices. i’d rather fly to Japan and get the same stuff for less before i ever spend a cent here. better yet, just go to Panda Hobby. they’re so much better.
